I find it very easy to get caught up in my work and let fun activities fade to the background. But taking the time to (solo-)date is a great way to rest, and add some newness to your life. Below I’ve drawn up a list of 50 fun and accessible things to do (alone, or with friends) that will actually help you recover (i.o. scrolling on your phone).
