The Spring Reset
In busy periods, routines can easily get put on a backburner. But, as a very type-A-person, after a few days of enjoying the post-exam freedom, I feel an itch to get back on track. However it can be quite overwhelming to start. After all, once you neglect routines for too long, you sort of have to start from scratch to build up your habits.
After sitting in the uncomfortability of feeling lost with everything that needs to get done, I decided to take a slow approach to getting back to my habits. Therefore, I have created a 3-week challenge for myself in which I pick just one thing a day to work on. You can find the challenge I’ll be doing below! Since this differs for everyone, I have also made a blank template if you’re interested in trying this method as well.
